Question in title.

If you want high refresh rates with suberb image quality, I would go with the Acer Predator XB271HU. It has 144hz (165hz OC) refresh rate, 1440p resolution on a 27" IPS G-SYNC panel. The colours are pretty good straight out the box and in most cases, has little backlight bleed. You also get a 2 year warranty with this monitor.  The other alternative is the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q but is much more expensive. (£599 compared to £715 on Amazon at the time of this comment)

I've just bought the Acer monitor just a few days ago and I'm very impressed with it. No dead pixels and little backlight bleed. It is expensive but will be an investment, especially if you plan to run Nvidia GPUs in the future due to G-SYNC technology. I have a i5-6600k and a 1080Ti and it runs very well. My CPU does bottleneck the GPU in some cases so you will have a much better experience with your CPU.

Hope this helps  ;)
