I have a HP with:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @3.10 GHz
Ram: 4GB
64 Operating system
Graphics Card:  Ati Radeon HD 4550. Memory: 2276mb

Power input: 100-240 volts  sqrlNUTS  sqrlNUTS  sqrlNUTS
Every time i play cs go it stalls and i can only run ets2 and fs17 at 25fps on low setting

You may want to upgrade that processor only by a small bit though. I would recommend that you buy a new graphics card though because that is probably why you are getting a poor frame rate! I hope this helps you!

Is it a laptop?

seanfkelly27 I wouldn´t go for an incremental CPU upgrade, mostly it is not worth it. Your performance problem is related to the graphics, so I´d start looking into solutions there. I agree and would suggest on replacing the graphics card. I checked and the ATI Rafeon HD 4550 came out in 2008 and the latest drivers I could find are from 2013 (these are my findings, they are not necessarily correct).

If you´re short of money you could look into getting a refurbished graphics card. Depending an the performance of the CPU or other components of your hardware you might want to look into a new PC in which case I´d neither existing CPU or GPU.

Cheers
